This course does not invent a new system — it recovers and organizes the one that already existed. It works directly from the primary sources — Ptolemy, Al-Kindi, Abū Ma'shar, Guido Bonatti, and centrally, Antonio de Nájera's Summa Astrológica (Lisbon, 1632) — alongside later observers such as Tycho Brahe, Johannes Kepler, and William Ramesey, and the author's own earlier compilation, Astrometeorology: A Collection of Traditional Methods of Judging and Forecasting Weather. Every rule is attributed to its source, every technique is put through a verifiable procedure, and every forecast is logged so it can be audited afterward: it is not enough for the doctrine to be old — it has to be provable today.
